A new transit-oriented mix-use retail/residential building in Greenwich Connecticut. The project includes 6,000 square feet of commercial space at the ground floor with three levels of residential above. The building features noble materials such as brick, metal, and wood. Every apartment has floor to ceiling sliding windows with either French balconies or wood-clad loggias. The penthouse and roof levels provide views of the Long Island Sound.
